Took my girls ice skating here and we had a blast. It's a small rink but perfect for us amateur skaters. Very affordable, clean, cozy warming area, polite and helpful staff. We'll definitely be returning.

An excellent and unique outdoor ice skating rink in the winter months, right in the heart of downtown Rochester. Complete with a nice little warming hut and skate rental shop. Needs a coffee / hot chocolate vendor inside.

A much overlooked recreation hot spot in downtown Rochester. They have rental skates, it has at least two city employees on duty, they use a zamboni to keep the ice in good condition. Although not in the typical rectangular shape, it is a very cool place to skate. No need to be good at skating - lots of beginners go here. It is on the outside edge of a park, and has a nice atmosphere. It is artificially cooled so no need to worry about our latest weather. Parking can get scarce, but not terrible.

Nice park with kids water spray area in the summer. Great skating in the winter with large rink. Festivals here all the time in summer, panhandlers can be slightly annoying sometimes, not to bad though

Classic downtown park! Open grass area, year round playground, seasonal spray park, large reflecting pond (summer) that becomes a public Ice skating rink during winter months. Purpose built waterfall/feature that is very unique (operational in summer). Close to East Avenue and Scio St intersection (bars, restaurants, coffee and Eastman school of Music).
