Very good overall experience.  I negotiated the price in advance through email and text, then went to take a test drive.  I worked with Roman who was probably the most low-pressure car sales associate that I've ever worked with.  While waiting for the paperwork to complete, I chatted with some of the other sales guys and they were all laid back, friendly, and low stress.

At the end of the transaction, I left with the feeling that we found the perfect win/win middle ground and was happy with my purchase.  I'll return to Martin Honda for my next Honda purchase.

This place is awesome. I have been going here for a while and my whole family bought cars from here. I have also noticed their prices are much less expensive than they used to be. Love bringing my car here.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT MARTIN HONDA.....  Plain and simple I got hustled.  

I leased a Honda Accord from Martin and I couldn't understand the "disconnect" in the numbers they told me and the actual price.  I kept asking how could the payment be so high from the amount that was being financed?  They said the difference was a 15,000 mile lease and my credit score.  I dealt with an honest salesman in my last few leases and when I was told a number that's what it was on paper!  NOT HERE!  I was cleaning out my glove compartment and came upon my lease agreement from my last car exactly a year ago.  Somehow with nearly identical numbers, and an improved credit score there was a $75 difference a month between the cars??  Upon further inspection they slid a $3000 rent fee in the agreement!  When I kept asking for a breakdown this fee was never mentioned.  I have leased cars before and I have never heard of a rent fee?  A rent fee to essentially rent?  There were ALSO deviations from the numbers I was told and what I signed for- very disappointing.  If you choose to deal with this dealership double, triple, check what they say against what is written in the lease-  LESSON LEARNED!

My first experience with this dealer.  Had some recalls in my Element.  Service department was great especially the manager I dealt with in some other issues that came up with the vehicle.  Everything was done in a timel manner and explained.  Thank you for a great experience!
