I called ahead to purchase and schedule a lifetime wheel balance, rotation and alignment, hoping that I could be in and out in a reasonable amount of time ~ 2 hours. When I dropped off my car, and decided to wait, I was told it would take roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes. I used the time to grab a bite to eat. Upon returning about 90 minutes later my car was parked in the lot so I inquired as to whether or not it was complete. Unfortunately, it was not. They had problems with the alignment machine for a while so things were backing up.  I had to wait about another 90 minutes before my car was finished, but they took care of me because of the wait. Unfortunately, I didn't look closely enough at the bill prior to leaving; when I got home I noticed that while I received a lifetime alignment, the balancing was a one-time service. I called and spoke to the manager, who indicated I could stop in anytime, speak with him, and have the balancing upgraded to lifetime, for the difference in fees. Not the ideal situation, but at least the offer was made with no need to rush back over. I'm hopeful that the promise will be honored in a few months when I return for an alignment check. Lessons learned - don't wait for your car unless you have tons of time to kill or bring stuff with you to keep you occupied, check all paperwork thoroughly - don't rely on conversations (shame on me), and ask for regular updates if you're waiting.

I have taken my Toyota Avalon several times for different issues. I have also bought tires from this location.  I have NEVER had a problem.  The staff is helpful & friendly. They take the time to explain what they are going to do. The prices are less expensive than taking my car to the Toyota dealer. My husband also takes his 4x4 for oil changes, tires & other issues. No problems.

I'm a long-time customer, you're a little expensive, guarantee the work and get it done in a timely fashion. Update; Recently I bought tires at my go to tire store which is Costco. The manager came out to tell me that my lug nuts were tightened way beyond specs. I then asked what if any impact that could have. Answer : bad for rotors, brake disks etc. Guess where I've been going for free rotations, Firestone. Could it be coincidence that my brakes and rotors wear out quickly?

I've gone to this location for 12 years now with company cars and eventually my personal vehicles....a BMW and LR4.  Mechanic work is never easy; there are always surprises.   These guys really make an effort to complete the work timely, always pass on discounts or price me fairly and treat my wife and me respectfully.   They've successfully taken on more complicated jobs than I ever expected, which saved me money from having to take the car to the "stealership".  That's why keep going back.  I couldn't ask for more.
