Very poor installation of my hot water tank. Very unprofessional!

I really can not say enough good things about this place. The employees were kind and helpful on the phone, and they delivered a brand new fridge AN HOUR after I bought it, after a total fiasco I had with Sears. I should mention they delivered it IN THE RAIN, hauled away my old one, and got me a working unit all in 1 day. Highly recommend.

The stove they brought as a replacement for our stove that the knob needed replaced and it was too costly for our rental managers to replace is 20 years old. The burners do not fit and caused a hot pan to fall off of the stove and burn us.  The stove has a defect and it immediately causes the door and stove top to become so hot it causes burns. I've taken pictures and videos.  I'm not sure why they thought this was ok. They walked through my house with soaking wet shoes and tracked mud and yuck everywhere.  They wouldn't move from the kitchen until I signed and we didn't start dinner until after they had closed.  The oven when on releases this terrible smell that overwhelmed my whole building.  My son has horrible food allergies and had to be take out of the building until we had all windows open with fans in then to remove the smell.  Very unprofessional.

I bought a washer from them on Jan 15th with a 60 day warranty. the washer broke before 30 days and they refused to repair it, saying that we broke it by not leveling it. After having another opinion from a reputable repair man, we were told that it was the clutch, no way could we have broken that. Plus it is not worth repairing. Also they were careful not to put their name on the receipt so that we could not take them to court. No wonder there is only one review on their page. When they read this one I am sure they will delete it. But I am reporting them to BBB.

Have used them twice and both times I have received quick professional service. I will use them again when a need comes up.
