They did heating in our addition (700sqf). They talked us into installing split units as opposed to baseboard  heat that we initially wanted. I work full time from home and one of the rooms in the addition is my office. first, one of the units had a faulty part and it took almost 2 months to get it fixed. then we notice the units freeze up in winter. we have been treated like some silly homeowners not knowing how to work the remote control. after a lot of back and forth and another 6 weeks we get a whole new system installed ( better split units). well, one of the units is again not working properly. and all they do is send their guy out to "collect information" and report back to his boss. we are still treated as homeowners who cant use the remote properly.so after 4+ months we still do not have proper heat. never ever do I want to deal with them again. we are calling another contractor.

Love the folks at Thatcher Heating & Cooling! When my A/C went out I called Thatcher and they came and fixed my unit so I didn't have to swelter in this heat another minute. 

With their friendly staff and dependable service, you would be mistaken to choose anybody other than Thatcher Heating and Cooling in the Poland OH area.
