Very trustworthy. Family owned/operated. Very kind, remember customers by name. They go out of their way to ensure the safety of your vehicle and customer satisfaction. Never had any complaint in the 8+ years we've used them. I will say they are somewhat pricey but you get excellent service for what you pay for.

My son bought a vehicle last week and experienced idle issues the same day.  The dealership did not have time for him.  He took it to Martin's this morning. He explained what was going on and they squeezed him in. In a couple of hours the problem was fixed.  Cost seemed kind of pricey but was well worth getting it fixed to avoid other issues.  They took the time to listen and help a first time customer.  That's says a lot about the kind of business they are. Thanks!

We broke down returning to Southern Indiana from Memphis. The entire staff at Martin's treated us like we were life-long customers.  They did everything they could to get the part for our Lexus and soon had us back on the road. It was very refreshing to meet a group that truly cared about getting us home timely. We learned quickly that there still are honest and caring people in this crazy world.  Thank you for providing a great service at a great price.

I have always found all the workers there to be knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. When a difficult issue arises they stick with it until they figure it out. I have the highest respect for them. They are honest and reputable and would recommend them to anyone.

Our family has always taken our SUV’s and trucks to Martin’s for the past 15 Years.  We never have had issues with the service we have received.  They ALWAYS do an excellent job!!!  We trust them and they only do service on things that need it.   I have brought my SUV in from Northern Illinois from my general service.    Trustworthy, honest, reliable service!!!!!!
