Always fresh produce and large selection including wild-caught fresh fish. Different exotic and organic foods you won't easily find in orher supermarkets. A little expensive but quality doesn't come cheap. Friendly, smiling, polite employees always willing to lend a hand and refer to customers as sir and ma'am.

I really love the customer service from your employees. I came in today, in the case of bagels you were out of onion bagels. The older lady that was there. Said yes we have sum, there frozen how many would you like. I bought 2, delicious. And you selection of breakfast sandwiches I buy all the time. Yummy! And the donuts!!!

I will start by saying this is a company of it's word. I was 4th in line today at this location and my groceries were free! The manager and cashier were so friendly and apologetic. Besides the free groceries, the store is always well kept and is, by far, my favorite Martin's location. They never fail to have a great selection of fresh produce and all other areas are well stocked. In the past, a produce employee actually went out of his way to go to the back to find a "fresher" bunch of kale for me! Now that is customer service! Obviously, this review is long over due. So after my groceries were literally given to me today, I figured it was about time I show my gratitude! Thank you Martin's for being fantastic company!

This Martin's is much better managed and stocked than the one in Charles Town. Thank y'all! We sppreciate your weekly specials and commitment to customer service. We don't shop anywhere else unless y'all don't carry what we need.

Every time I come here I feel like I'm being run over by the employees and the other costumers. The cashiers are always less than friendly and apparently today was bag your own groceries day. The cashier literally stood there and watched while I bagged. I really want to like this place, but I won't be going back. They just aren't worth my money.
