They try to be a better place to work but its not. Very unfriendly staff on the front end. Some of the check out coaches hate there jobs and take it out on employees. Very unprofessional when it comes to talking to employees about private matters. Also not very helpful and mean to new trainees. I have been working at Keyser location 4 years and really liked it until recently. The place has gone down hill with front end management in the last couple years. Working there has become a awful experience. The company has lots of great benefits, pays weekly and can be flexible with hours. Is fast paced and can be fun with proper front end management.

While at the self checkout line an employee (middle aged, female, name started with a D?) literally stood off to my back side. She stared at my husband and I the entire time, as though we were going to steal. Even after we finished scanning our very small order, and my debit card was in the card reader, she stared us down, while we had to enter our pin #... I can understand that you need to watch, and protect the stores asset's. But, don't do it in a way that your actual paying customers aren't being offended!!!
