I just called and tried to get Martin's Pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions from CVS.  We moved out of state for a couple of years and now we are back in Indiana PA and wanted to use the Martin's Pharmacy.  The lady I talked to at the Martin's Pharmacy wanted me to have my doctor call them in.  I told her that I do not have a doctor here in PA yet and why could she not just call and get them transferred.  She said it is just too confusing for them to call and get them transferred and if I wanted to bring the bottles of the medication in about two days ahead of time, she could try and get them transferred.  She gave me a really hard time about it.  Obviously she did not want my business.  I told her to forget it - I didn't want to inconvenience her.  Horrible customer service.  I had to give them one star to post my comment.  Otherwise they would not have gotten any.

I have got prescription here many times. They are always rude right from the start. I realize they are busy but if you can't handle the stress don't do the job. I am very sick and have been waiting for over an hour!!!

Pharmacy is amazing!  They know their customers. I rarely have to say my name when I step to the counter. As far as the rest of the store...TOO EXPENSIVE! I feel they take advantage that the college is right there and a lot of kids don't have vehicles so they walk to the nearest grocery store.

Some of the people working there are very rude. I also noticed that sometimes prices posted are different from what you pay, and when I asked for an explanation, they said: it's the system's fault. One worker refused to believe me when I told him this item is only a dollar, not two dollars, after negotiations, finally he left his desk and went for a price check. I was right, but he couldn't use the keys to get me my money back. Will never shop there again.
