Tell them to put a medicine on hold and for months they keep filling it. You tell them again to put it on hold and once again they fill it the next month.
Or they let you know you have medicine filled so you make the trip in there just to tell you it's to early to fill then when you get home you have a message on phone saying your prescription is filled.
I have wasted many trips and gas plus they should be better than that
