I brought in a down jacket that I could not zip to have the zipper replaced. I got a message saying that the zipper was not broken, that they'd gotten it working. When I went to pick it up, they didn't charge me anything! I expected and would have happily paid a few bucks for their time and effort. My new favorite dry cleaner!

Seamstress and other lady behind counter both stopped what they were doing to help dig through bags of remnants to fix up my daughter's dress for her dance that was 4 days away! Always friendly

Have been a customer for around 20 years. They had past problems with staff, however, Joanne and her son have persevered and they will earn your business. My Clothes have ALWAYS been impeccably and professionally cleaned, and I would also suggest their delivery service, which is awesome, however, keep in mind they are great cleaners, not accountants, so just keep track of your orders and you'll be fine.

the counter people have terrible attitudes and no customer service skills. Either run the other way or do the pressing yourself. The woman at the counter argued with me about a fireman's dress shirt, I wanted it dry-cleaned not shirt pressed. So I gave in and had it shirt pressed insisting no starch. It came back with starch and I spent 20 minutes repressing it.

On a Monday, I dropped off my suit jacket, suit pants, and brand new dress shirt for dry cleaning and to be pressed. I made it clear I was doing this for an important job interview on Friday, so I had to pick it up by Thursday night. They said, no problem - it'll be pressed perfectly and ready for you to pick up by Thursday. I go pick it up Thursday, and it's ready for me. Before leaving I take a look at the shirt. It looked ten times worse than before I brought it there. The around the buttons near the collar was so incredibly wrinkled, I have no idea how they managed to do that (picture should be included on this review). I was told this wasn't an issue and they'd send it back out to be fixed and I'd have it back by next Tuesday. Not helpful considering my interview was in 14 hours. I explained that I needed to leave with my clothes, but that I shouldn't have to pay because you wrecked my shirt. She was adamant that I MUST pay, and that I can call back tomorrow to talk to the manager to try to get a $3 refund for the shirt pressing. I was forced to pay $25 to have my clothing back. When I got home I inspected the suit - the suit jacket was fine but the pants were also pressed extremely poorly, and were severely wrinkled too. They looked fine when I dropped them off, I just wanted to be thorough and have them cleaned. The wrinkles in the shirt and pants were so deep it took almost a half hour of ironing with a hot iron and steam to get them out. So instead of preparing for my interview in the morning I spent the rest of my night trying to fix the damage Martinizing did to my clothing. I AM NOT CALLING THE MANAGER BACK AND SPENDING MORE OF MY TIME TRYING TO GET $3 BACK ON THE $25 BILL TO HAVE MY CLOTHES RUINED. I will never, ever take clothing to this place again. I highly recommend you don't either. Terrible work, and terrible customer service.
