HANDS DOWN THE BEST AUTO BODY COLLISION SPECIALIST!! I recently was involved in my first car accident and I contacted Martino Auto Concepts by referral. Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He invited myself into the boardroom where his entire staff made me feel welcome. They explained the entire process especially on how the insurance claim would take place and they took control over the entire matter. They were also able to get me into an upgraded rental to ensure I was comfortable while my car was out of service. Martino Auto Concepts called the other parties insurance company, met with the adjusters, and ordered all BRAND NEW OEM parts to ensure my car was was repaired according to BMW repair specification. Absolutely no shortcuts were taken on my repair. When I saw my car when the repairs were complete, I was in complete shock. My 2011 BMW M3 looked like a 2018 car. It was clean from top to bottom, flawless and looked like a show car. You could not tell my car was involved in a car accident. They provided the best service any customer can ask for, their work was phenomenal, and my family and I trust Martino Auto Concepts with our cars.

Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service and the owner was teribble. He wasn't personable and he mis treated my wife.  I would not recommend this place to anyone if they need work done on there car.

Best Guys around, Jon and Joe run a tight ship and fight to get what the customer deserves, including my family and I. My experience here was over the top from the moment I walked in until the moment I pulled out with my "new" car. I can definitely say new because thats honestly what it looked like when I got my car back, a brand new car. After the accident I was scared that my car would never be like it once was but now I actually feel like its better than when I left the dealership with it if thats even possible! On top of all of this the receptionist Maria was more than nice to my family and I. She made it her priority to make sure everyone was ok following the horrific accident. There's another lady, Debbie who sat in the conference room and went over detail by detail with Jon and us. She was also great!  They assured us that everything was going to be ok and ok it was, better than ok. I would take my business here every time from now on, hopefully on better circumstances of course. I can't thank them enough! The very least I could do was right this review. Please trust them with all your automotive needs!!

The customer service here is awful. The people here speak to you as if you are a child! I was appalled at the way the gentleman put words in my mouth and accused me of lying and committing fraud. Please think twice before coming here, they don't mind telling you a piece of their mind.
