Highly recommend,  I was treated with the utmost respect,  each person I encountered from receptionist to senior law partner is very professional and knows the letter of the law. I called in time of need after my Dad had passed away, Doug Martinson handled my Dad's affairs professionally,  answered all my questions promptly.  The staff at his office is friendly, they made me feel good, they didn't rush me out or  hurry me off the phone. They return calls & answer emails promptly. I will definitely call hire this law firm again and highly recommend.

Attorney Douglas Martinson takes a genuine interest in his clients. He shows his appreciation for their unique characteristics as he smiles while reminiscing on recent interactions with each client. Today I called your firm to request someone  to come to Crestwood Medical Center to have my dad sign a power of attorney to me.    I spoke to Will on the phone and he came down to the hospital and was very pleasant to work with. He asked my father some questions to make sure he’s of sound mind. He was very pleasant and professional. He was very patient with my father who loves loves loves to talk. If I need any other legal work here in Huntsville I will definitely come back to your firm.

My experience with Martinson and Beason was great!!! They were very polite and quickly responded to any concerns of mines. I loved the fact of receiving email confirmation, even after a phone conversation, to confirm everything discussed was correct. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their help, they made sure I was very satisfied and I was.

Morris Lilienthal represented our family following an automobile accident.  He and his staff (particularly Sara Barnes) were extremely helpful. Not a detail was overlooked.  They were compassionate and professional.  Morris was able to negotiate a settlement for us that was several times what the insurance company had previously offered.  I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone needing legal assistance with a personal injury case.
