On Tuesday, October 3, 2016 I was waiting for the 610 Waldorf, Md 
commuter bus at 6:10 pm.  Approximately 6:25 the bus flew pass the stop at 9th Penn NW Washington   DC, never attempted to stop. I called the 800 number for customer service and the had me on hold to 20 minutes before someone live came on to help. This is so unprofessional. Today I asked the driver why why he didn't stop yesterday? He said he didn't see me!  I waited until 7:10 pm not knowing if anther bus was coming or not. Had to catch 620 bus finally with anxiety attacks of being stranded with no way home to Waldorf Md. Bad business when the Govt is paying for transit benefits to pay you alls salary! If you cant handle the contract professionally then give it to someone else.

Took a 6 hour round trip for work with coworkers. On the ride down, no issues. On the ride back, the wifi on the bus did not work, the driver kept getting honked at by passing motorists for crossing lane lines and traveling in the passing lane, and we got stuck at the security gate into our business park because something was wrong with the driver's license. I will inquire with our purchasing dept to ensure Martz is not contracted again!
