I must disagree with the one star commenter.  With all the rave review there's always a few spoil apple that expect to be fed by a silver spoon on a silver platter. 

Jane V. was instrumental in getting our rental from start to finish at Hartsdale.   She's firm, competent and professional .

She not only served us.  Both Mary and Jane has been serving my family real-estate request for three generations.  Grandma, aunt, uncle, father and our new family.  

They been around for decades and must be doing something right!

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MARY JANE PASTOR. I WAS DENIED HOUSING BECAUSE OF MY MARITAL STATUS. IT IS IN BLACK AND WHITE.. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THERE ARE FAIR HOUSING LAWS PROTECTING US..... THAT WAS A VERY UNETHICAL THING TO DO ESPECIALLY AS A PROFESSIONAL.

Jane Vitale is the most incompetent real estate agent I've met.  She quickly replied to my email to set up a viewing for an apartment in White Plains, I made it very clear to her that I needed the apartment for the first of the month, I submitted all the paperwork and paid an application fee of $375 the next day.  Nevertheless, I didn't hear from her for nearly 2 weeks, when she finally called back she asked me If I still wanted the apartment, having no other options I said yes only days away from moving day.

The same day I receive a call from her saying I did not get approved for the lease.  All in all, she did an awful job and I still have not found an apartment.  If you want to find an apartment run for the hills and look elsewhere.

I was lucky enough to stumble onto Mary Jane Pastor realty while I was searching for a co-op in Hartsdale on the internet. Dean quickly and efficiently helped us look at more than a dozen co-ops in the area, and when none of these worked with our financial circumstances, he managed to find us another place, which was perfect, with a perfect buying situation. Because we were first time buyers, he helped us find a fantastic real estate lawyer and banker, and helped us get an incredible mortgage that we could afford. Now we live in a house and community we absolutely love, and without Dean and Mary Jane Pastor realty it never would have happened. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
