overpriced for what you get.    Yes the appliances and furnishing are nice, however the walls are paper thin.  You hear everything above and below you and outside in the parking lot.  If your neighbors plays music, you will hear it.  If someone is having a late night party, you will hear it.  If someones baby is up early, you will hear it.   The HVAC system is unbalanced and the rooms do not heat and cool evenly.  Been living here less than a year and they have changed all the employees that work within the sales, maintenance office already.  To top it all off they have already notified all residents that rent will be going up...better deals elsewhere in my opinion.

This place rips you off. First of all, this is NOT a high end rental at all. The construction quality is low. You can hear every conversation of your upstairs neighbor if you're in bathroom. And I hope you like the music they play in there. Also, the footsteps from upstairs wake you up every morning. And when the upstairs neighbor vacuum, you're gonna hear every stroke. Secondly, they try to charge more whenever they have a chance. They charge sales tax on parking fee. Recently, there's a change in management team. The transition is a mess. We signed a renewal contract already, but the new team told us the contract is no longer valid and showed us a new contract with much higher rent. We paid full amount each month but the new management team claimed that we paid less than what we should have and put three backcharges on our account. I wouldn't recommend this rental property. The property manage company of Apex 290 is called greystar. They manage another property in Yonkers called Hudson Park Apartments. Look into the reviews on that building too.
