Best Experience! Great job! Book today!

I was getting ready to move out of my town-home but I knew it was a possibility I was going to lose my deposit because of the damage my puppy did to the carpet. We had several urine stains in the carpet that we tried to clean ourselves but was having a difficult time. I called around to find quotes but nothing seems reasonable until I contacted Maryland Carpet Repair and Cleaning.  I called and explain my situation and also explain to them I only had a little bit of time to work with. They worked great with my schedule and were up front and honest about the cost. THERE WERE NO HIDDEN FEES! A day prior to my appointment, I received an email to confirm and make sure the time still worked for me. On the day of the appointment, I received a text message and a call before they arrived. Maryland Carpet Repair and Cleaning showed up on time and were very accurate on how long the job would take. Once they were finished, my carpet looked brand new. I am very pleased with the work that they did and also happy because I got a full refund!
