Agree with a previous review. The agents who have helped me over the past month and a half have been very cordial and helpful but organization is a bit off. I've had to call numerous times in order to find out what's going on with my case because things take so long to process.

They're also not very helpful when they close your case and you are left in a financial bind because of a rule that seems outlandish to even my doctors.

First I would like to say you cannot get a hold of a person, 30 minutes ago I called to see what was going on and still i wait for the next rep. second, their paperwork is so far out of organization that I don't think they know what is going on. I have had several issues with the MD DHR while working with my
