I have been awaiting an EIDI and EIDI Supplemental Re-Disbursement for over 6 months. I was already approved but changed my bank account. None of the customer service people can give an update or indication about when the funds will be released or re-disbursed. I requested that a Supervisor  give me a call concerning the matter. No supervisor ever called! If we conducted business like this we would have no business. No help what-so-ever.

No one is answering the phone. I have been calling for a week and the automative system is saying all agents are busy at all hours of the day. I called and left a message no response. Im not sure if i can walk in because of Covid-19 restrictions.

I wished everyone in Government was taking their job and responsibilities as serious as this office. I had a very positive experience here. My work was handled very effieciently and professionally. Despite the fact of being overwhealemed by the pile of their work, they walked me through all the official formalities smoothly.

Too much secrets and applicants are in a wait and hope moment. Not even the staff answering the phones have a clear picture or message,  incompetent

Reached out for help and received nothing at all! But I didn’t expect anything different from the Baltimore office. Horrible!

Very unprofessional and evasive about re-disbursement of funds. Rude and hung up on us.
