This is a great family oriented business. I hate saying that it's a business because it's more like a family. The purpose of this school is to provide everyone of all backgrounds with an outlet and to experience the joy of doing something you love. Music heals ones soul. The entire staff is dedicated to growing your passion for music as well as the community. This is what Hagerstown has needed for a very long time. If you're looking for the best place for learning music, this is the place. You will not be disappointed.

My son loves the Institute. The atmosphere, instructors and the welcome feeling he gets when he walks through the door every week. Great staff and friendly place for students.

My daughter takes piano lessons here, they are amazing. She has only had a few lessons so far but she has already learned so much. The instructors are amazing and you can by how they teach that they are seasoned and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of music, they are amazing. Love them!

As the President of the nonprofit organization 1st Responders to the Rescue , I contacted the owner in reference to providing someone to sing the National Anthem for our Fire Rescue Games.  Without hesitation, I was immediately told that it would be taken care of.  Upon visiting the establishment I was overwhelmed by the layout of the Institute and the knowledge of the staff. This is such an amazing place and the most wonderful and professional staff.

The Simple way to describe this place is Excellent,  the registration processes, the location and the family environment make Maryland institute of music the perfect place to start your dream no matter its for passion  or profession; and what about the teachers? Friendly, patient and knowledge. Run by family, make you feel like family and full of confidence in your self. The only place in Hagerstown that allows you to take classes with your kids or love ones making the learning  experience unforgettable. Love it!!!!
