Terrible place Terrible service Terrible lies. I go in to get my wisdom teeth checked the clerk tells me I owe nothing because my insurance covers it then I get a huge bill two weeks later for an X-Ray (144)and consultation(155)! Unfortunately life happens and I had to reschedule an appointment that was scheduled less than 24 hours prior and they bill me 50 dollars and to add insult to injury they tack on extra charges that they verbally looked me in my eyes and told me that my visit was covered by my insurance and I owed nothing for the visit! Terrible business that has spun a web full of lies! I would definitely not recommend this pace to anyone. Save yourself a headache and hard time and go anywhere but here!

I had the pleasure of having my wisdom teeth removed all 4 at one time.  I was assigned a surgeon that was no longer with the business.  I was given a surgeon I will call Dr. EJ because I don't know how to spell his name.  He was amazing.  I had no issues, very little very little swelling and no pain.  What a pleasant experience.

The nurses are very polite and understanding. My doctor herself was very receptive when I voiced concerns with the surgery. They had all their post operative care info online in addition to all the info I received in person. I also enjoyed how accessible MOSA is when I still have questions. The receptionists are polite as well.

Was not able to do zero stars. Worst experience ever. They wanted to impose their procedure to my child without my consent. They originally where going to do a regular teeth pull put however the doctor Nathan Stan change her mind and did not wanted to do it with regular anesthesia. It was so bad that I asked for my child referral back  they refuse to give it back and even charge me $66. Will never go back there.

Worst place ever! These people are rude are and con artist. They lie about the insurance coverage for they're treatments. My question is did they bother to call Geha or Aetna? If you ask me it sounds like they make up fees. 

By the way, they didn't even use the full sedation to remove my wisdom teeth, I felt everything the whole time, I was in horrible pain for three weeks and during the wisdom tooth removal. The doctor at this location is very impatient, treats you less than a human being and does not consider you're well being. 

To make matters worst know I paid the full price for the wisdom teeth removal and for the sedation but they tell me I owe some outrageous total of $299.00 for the sedation that I never got. Really a fee of $ 299.00 for all the pain I experienced the whole time while they were ripping my teeth out my mouth? I was awake the whole time.

So now they have the nerve to threaten me with collections like some Italian mafia when I told them that I would arrange something with them. This is a place that I would not send my worst enemy too. 

Seriously, avoid this place folks. You have been warned.
