Very unorganized. Called and explained an emergency oral surgeon visit was necessary for my son after an urgent care visit. I was transferred to their call center, which I explained this again and an appointment was given the following day. I received text confirmation. We arrive 30 mins early to be told that their oral surgeon was not there but he could see the general dentist. My son and I were highly upset. He is Autistic and has been in pain. The way this situation was handled was unsatisfactory. The receptionist blamed the call center like this would make the situation any better. This only showed their lack of communication and competency

The dentist and oral hygenists were great, but we had to wait 1 1/2 hours after our appointment time without any word.  When I asked how late they we're running 30 minutes after our appointment time I was told there were only 5 kids ahead of mine and that they take back 8 at a time so it wouldn't be long.  Even the staff in the vbac was complaining that the receptionists we're not telling patients how late they we're running and so that patients could reschedule.

The male receptionist at the front is very rude. He doesn't know how to properly greet customers and provide check-in information. His bad attitude outweighs his performance as a receptionist/clerk. Dr Lyons was very nice and helped to smooth out my overall feel of the visit. This is not a place i want to continuously take my child.

yJON's customer service was amazing! He was very attentive to the dental needs of my son and even myself by taking extra measures to save me a back to back trip! If you go to this location just say heeyyyyyy JON!

I really love cool smiles. My son braces was put on right away, and they have been great with keeping his teeth clean. Also I remember having a emergency for my son teeth and they was right on the issue in a timely fashion. THANK YOU COOL SMILES FOR MAKING MY SON FEEL CONFIDENT WITH  HIS SMILE AND ALSO CORRECTING HIS TEETH. YOU GUYS ROCK.
