Could not be more happy with Mark's dedication to getting us in our home. He was responsive to any questions or concerns and his communication was great every step of the way. When a last second snag with the loan almost delayed closing he went above and beyond by going to the house and installing a safety chain to get the inspection approved. Thanks Mark!

We tried two other realtors (one very briefly) before signing with Mark. The week we did, activity started happening. We received two offers and sold our home. Mark and his wife Wendy are great communicators - they don't "talk at you", they listen. They are nice, not judgmental, and give good, solid advice. Marzion Realty is a hidden gem among the big, lazy companies you know well, who are more into collecting listings and minimizing effort than they are in helping to connect buyers and sellers - like we are supposedly paying them to do. Mark was a pleasure to work with. His understanding of real estate markets and all the steps involved with searching for and buying a home was spot on. His knowledge about homes and what to look for was an enormous help considering this was our first home purchase. I can guarantee it would not have gone as smooth as it did without his help. Thanks again, we love our new home!

Mark was excellent to work with. His communication and knowledge was fantastic, which made purchasing my first property smooth and easy. He always responded in a timely manner, and was very thorough in explaining everything to me throughout the process. Mark is a very intelligent, down to earth guy who works FOR YOU. I highly recommend working with Mr. Marzion!

Mark and Alexa were extremely professional throughout the homebuying process, working to ensure that I was comfortable from start to finish. As a client serving professional myself, my schedule is far from flexible. However, Mark and Alexa were both available to chat or meet with me at the drop of a hat. Not only would I recommend Marzion Homes & Realty to friends and family, but I couldn't imagine using anyone else.
