For the first time ever I found myself stymied by a plumbing repair, as the minor leak was in a pipe in close proximity to our natural gas supply line. That was enough for me to admit I needed a pro. We turned to Martens Plumbing & Heating, a local company with a solid reputation, and we were impressed with our first interaction with the firm. Dropping a note on its website to describe our needed repair and request for service the following day, Martens responded and completed the repair as requested. Peace of mind! The only reason I did not give this company a fifth star -- because of our zip code (East Troy) we were charged an additional $20 for the service call. This sticks in my craw as there are folks in our Town who have a Mukwonago zip code but whose residences are actually further from Martens than our place. I would encourage Martens to revisit this policy and adjust accordingly with a fairer standard. Overall, we are very satisfied with Martens Plumbing & Heating, and recommend them highly.

Will use them for any needs. Have used them 3 times in 7 months after purchasing new house. They have been great each time. Competitive prices and the service has been 2nd to none.

Several years ago our water heater broke down and it was out of warranty by several months. Martens came over and they were able to get us the warranty and only charged us labor, that was an 1800.00 water heater so they went out of their way to help us and it was very much appreciated. Last September our furnace needed some repairs, gas jets and both primary and secondary heat exchangers had to be replaced. Anita at Martens told me she would try to get the primary under warranty even though it was 12 years old, well nearly six months went by and I totally forgot about about this and assumed she couldn't do it which was understandable. Well yesterday she called and told us she did get it under warranty and would send us a check for 532.00 dollars! This type of honesty is unheard of in today's times, Martens did right by us not only once Buy twice and in a very big way. I have never experienced this type of service. Have been using them since we moved here 12 years ago and would never consider anyone else. I am still shaking my head on the honesty of Martens and appreciate what Anita did. Thank you very much.

Great Service and a pleasure to work with! Two furnaces and A/C units, Jeff made sure my heating and cooling needs were met. He also hit the sweet spot on the price. Martens HVAC is 5 star.
