We are a small family owned distillery and restaurant located in one of the most history rich towns in the USA and we cannot wait to make a little more history here with you!
Our building is part of what was once known as The Gettysburg Furniture Factory and our space is going through a massive restoration and modernization process. Don't worry, the century old craftsmanship is on full display here, we've just added some creature comforts like running water, functional doors, and era appropriate lighting. Our entire space is gentle blend of new meeting old all while paying heavy respect to the building's history and those who worked here long before us.
Both our food and spirits will all be made from scratch by us on our premises. Only the highest quality ingredients will be used and we will source every grain from our neighboring farms.
