They are awful.  I am a mother of two I am currently homeless, jobless, and Car less. I have gone to this office almost everyday for the last month. They refuse to help you when you work and you end up at a stage with nothing before you qualify for the help. Then they promise you placement (DHCD) and leave you hanging. I don't sit on my ass all day I am sober and I work hard I would not be there if I did not truly need the help. I did the leg work I found an apartment and I was promised proper paperwork so that I may move out of this stage in my life and I still have not received it. The workers Ruth Blake, Medie Medina, and Amber Phyllis refuse to help those who truly deserve the assistance I must have called over 20 times no one answers. I have left voicemails with no call backs. I understand that the job is stressful but if you do not enjoy it leave and let someone who truly loves helping people work that position. If it were up to the state of massachussetts and its employees this mother of a three year old and a one year old would be sleeping in the streets. The nicest people there were the security guards out and the First Lady you see who speaks English Spanish and Portuguese. They truly made my sons and I feel important and protected. 

I however I did learn one thing through all of this, that when I can and as soon as I can I will some how start a fund to help those who truly need the assistance and are not here to abuse of it.
