I heard directly from DTA's employee's main mouth, he said, that this family they do not care if this family starves or live in the streets, because I was there and heard myself.  What happen with this Country?  What happen with the ideals, character, that represents this Country that describes the Independence AMERICAN Country, that was built, helped and defended from people from all over the world.   The American Government says does not tolerate discrimination, bullies, etc.... Are you about that? if the people that works for them, are bullies themselves! what happened with the evolved humanity that we forgot what Country we are in, and known through out the world, one of the best, organized, etc...   If I go o another Country you are obligated to speak, learned they language, because it is their law, we need to respect them.   What about the people from other Countries that comes here, you obligate them to learn their language, why i always hear *press#" for Spanish from down SW

You can never get a hold of anyone as if ya that is calling don’t have a job!!! It is very annoying an unprofessional!!! They need to be blown to smitherings and rebuild it from scratch with ALL NEW WORKERS, the ones who need to get paid not these lazy don’t wanna pick up a phone ass people!! Hate them

May I suggest to people to stop thinking this government agency is a person and expecting tht the employees can do anything but follow the procedures. That is why they are hired and if they do not, they get fired, simple as that. Now, if you need help like I do, follow all directions to the letter and be polite to the workers and smile and treat them like you want to be treated at your job if you have one. The question you want to ask is "What do I have to do?" and after that "What do I have to do next?". Bring a pen and paper and write yourself some easy to follow directions because you'll probably forget half of what they say because we all do.If you call, same thing, take notes to look at later. There is no other way. I was in distress when I went and the woman that helped me was very understanding and she even gave me information on filing for disability benefits. They were so much nicer and gave straight answers compared to Social Security which is painfully disorganized and rude.
