I wrote a few letters of concern about two housing authorities to DHCD regarding Cambridge Housing and SMOC in Framingham. #1. Cambridge Housing and government officials are involve with corruption, I have proof and others are aware, are manipulated and abused to keep quite. I lived at 100 Landsdowne Street in Cambridge for 9 yrs and 15yrs in Cambridge. Cambridge Housing refused me my voucher for 6 months because they did not want me to leave Cambridge, I knew too much. # 2. I live in Canton and Cambridge Housing transfer voucher to SMOC in Framingham. Tania Diduca changed my rent 4 times, refused Medical Doctor's letter among other things. SMOC housing faxed documents to residence Avalon Canton Blue Hills to sign not to sue the State or else they won't pay my rent. Wow!!!!. #3. I have been treated unfairly by SMOC I have emails and documents to prove dishonesty and concerns. #4. Avalon Canton Blue Hills over charged water bills only 5 days $75 . I observed for a year and filed complaint with the Boston district attorney who forwarded to Canton district attorney. #5. Avalon Canton Blue Hills wants your full bank statement how you spent your money. What is required is deposits, interest if any and ending balance. #6. I see a similarity of modem operandi as previous residence 100 Landsdowne Street in Cambridge. #7. Avalon sent an email a few months ago of preventive maintenance. On Sept 25 i received another email of a second maintenance inspection on that will be on Sept 26. On Sept 28 another email from Avalon that DHCD will conduct an inspection on Oct 5.... #8. On Sept 20 I sent a certified letter to SMOC housing Tania Diduca regarding issues of concerns and discrimination. #9. I found out Cambridge is handling my voucher. Why is Cambridge Housing handling voucher for Canton and I asked it to be transferred to Brockton ?. #10 .I am being retaliated against for speaking up . I determined to stand up for humanity rights and my rights. I will not see wrong , evil and wickedness done to people. Why was I given documents to sign not to sue the State or else they won't pay my rent. Which State office sent these documents and why?

ARE THEY Hippocrates...... YOU NEED A CAR TO HAVE AND KEEP A JOB! They send you to a rat house How you really calculate expenses? If there's no real extra money to spend? The I'm By law Need to have - car insurance - apartment insurance - FOOD - how many times a day I should feed my self and my child? - kind of ridiculous is $45.00 a month for food stamps - job (to keep a job need to have a car, and to have a car - need to do maintenance because sometimes replacing a tire when it gotten damage when towns doesn't keep the streets safe & other damages cause from wear and tare) - environmentally - because according to government help it's being and becoming a joke - sleeping on the floor - forced into a bedroom apartment where people ends up in streets or killing themselves - how you guys calculate real expenses - clothing - shoes - hygiene - clean appearance for a job - smile (teeth - not dentures that keeps falling apart) -health? Are we suppose to walk barefoot & naked Shoes, never use other people shoes and undergarments because diseases - Laundry need to keep clothing cleaned and washed - ????????????????????????????!!?! And also, should I say to the judge due to her orders, SMOC ignores, the expense, to see a Counselar, when immediately needed to find a Counselar for her child, where most Counselar's she called doesn't take mass health Because if their inconsideration, ignorance and discrimination by DHCD, SMOC's it wasn't and still isn't a smooth transition where they said they suppose to have and be my advocate, where I still feel I really don't have one - with no real help, I'm still forced into a corner to make decisions most of it on my own, where because according to them still not allowed to get help. And also where I still suffer the consequences of their actions, where I still not getting answers and real help. Forced to loose lawyer Because, sometimes if isn't in their interest - are considered an inconvenience almost loosing a job LOOSE A PLACE TO LIVE WHAT's the POINT - of all this? You're saying I was better off to continue living with him They are saying people should stay & tolerate abuse And let him kill you, of let him persuade to kill yourself What's the point FOR DHCD, SMOC, etc.... If there's no one really there, sent people to a place to live with mice in walls - true story They want you to have a cellphone ...... They want to be able to contact you..... AND..... This is a story about someone's TRUE, experience with them. 1- One they send someone to the wrong place. Sometimes in dangerous also, gang areas. Especially they really don't investigate. Cover up. 2- Saying shelters suppose to provide rides for the parents & children for school (lie), etc..... 3- They don't count cellphones as an expensive, honestly how can parents can call, for Dr.'s appointment, especially the health insurance & Government wants you to have, phones, and also, the wants you to have cellphones for emergencies, keep tabs, etc. 4- ALSO, DHCD wants you to have a cellphone. & it's not considered an expense 5- Found out, When people has money, they're not allowed to pay bills, how they planning to pay the bills what they owes, they suppose to live in the street? 6- Also, kids that suppose to have homework, not allowed to do they're homework where most of the schools does it on internet., ARE THEY, unbelievable & Hippocrates ??????? ONE THING IS KIND OF STUPID, they go base on your full income. Then why they considered a tax return "EARNINGS" They don't go base after deductions, why should they say TAX RETURN IS CONSIDERED EARNINGS ATTORNEY GENERAL TAKE NOTICE - THEY ARE DOING THINGS ILEGAL !!!!!!!! Being discriminating also, kicking people out without real notice Saying they DHCD Hearings + Liars + NO EXCUSES = YOU'RE KICK OUT

"My experience" has been hell...and i'm letting everyone know...your little caseworkers will NEVER threaten me again...i am taking my family and very publicly picketing your "agency" at a very large local media station, very soon...stay tuned!
