Front Desk Lady, has repeatedly harassed me, and my boyfriend. I'm tired of it. (Brown hair, middle aged 50's but acts like she's 5 years old, and wears glasses, very thick unpleasant Quincy demeanor and accent. You will find her there sitting at the front desk most likely playing on her phone. At first I was very nice and confronted her on her behavior regarding her manners, simple hospitality and the experience of dealing with her when it came to paying five dollars. Also spoke with the owners, I said, my boyfriend comes once a week, "she is very unhappy, moody and unpleasant every time I'm here." ( the boyfriend has been going there since he was a little boy....he's now 23) so loads of business, loads of money to an establishment who cares so little about the way people get treated. This is now the 4th and final time I have complained. This time I approached her and wasn't nice anymore ...I said, (stop bullying people I'm going to shut you down on your BS, I'm successful and work very hard in business and The way your treating people is is unacceptable)
