Did not honor appointment! Imagine driving all the way out there only for them to say, "No, we can't do this today". Wow. Poor reception that doesn't communicate issues properly. Avoid!

I had an appointment but when I got there, they told me they can’t do it today. If they can’t do it, they you should not have scheduled the appointment. Should have at least called and rescheduled so I don’t have to drive all the way there and waste time.
