Great experience with Je’ Suis Spa in Fairfax. My first time using them. Booked a birthday girl’s day out for my wife and friend. Everything was able to be setup over the phone and and paid for in advance so my wife and friend could enjoy without worrying about extra fees or tip. Feels great to have a small local business take good care of their customers. Because this is a small business with 4 active employees working and providing services, I can understand why there may be latency issues with responsiveness to the phone calls. I however did not have any such issue and would recommend.

Also, my wife said they had great massages and really enjoyed their experience. They have both had over a dozen massages between the 2 of them at multiple companies and felt like this was one of the better times they have had.

I liked the welcoming and peaceful atmosphere that greets you at the lobby. It isn’t a spa that as big as the others, but it’s a lot better than most. It’s worth a try.

How many times and how much time do you think a person should spend trying to call a Spa Salon for an appointment? This was my experience and it didn't feel right. I felt like someone is making fun of me. That's only from yesterday. I have made more calls today too. Just wow. And now my friends that got me the massage as a gift are wasting time trying to get the money back. Thank you for your business
