First time doing a full body stretch session and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Charles was amazing! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he also explained each stretch and how everything is interconnected. His background in high level team conditioning was also a big plus when working with my gymnast daughter. He has a great way with people. I would highly recommend him!

I always have massage with Mandy R and she is the best!!! She always listens to my boring litanies where it hurts and how it hurts, and works on it. I feel like walking on the clouds after one hour massage, all pain and hurt are gone. All staff working at that location is very nice and friendly, I always receive phone reminders as well and email reminders about upcoming appointments. Thank you all for making your customers feeling welcome and cared for.

I've been seeing Mandy R. for a little over 7 years now.  She's amazing and always knows exactly what I need!  Her attention to detail really makes a world of difference.  Whether it is tense muscles, rehabbing an injury, or just plain relaxation...she delivers!  Mandy is very professional, sweet, and friendly!

I have been working with Brad for years and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had.  I have a bad back and have had two shoulder surgeries. He is the best in understanding what my needs are and working through them.  I give 4 out of 5 because I find their cancellation policy inflexible.  We are expected to have appointments weeks in advanced to get our therapist which is difficult when you run your own business .  Same day appointments would work much better but are never available as other places accept.  On the flip side if you cancel within 24 hours you are charged.  So no same day appointments and no flexibility in 24 hour cancellations.  If you understand this limitation then everything else is excellent.

Get a answering machine when trying to book a massage.  Totally unprofessional at 345 in the afternoon.  We are members and with the amount of money spent each month someone should be able to pick up the phone.
