Holly is a rockstar in the salon! I showed her a picture of the ombre that I wanted and she matched it exactly. I left there feeling beautiful and happy. She is amazing at her job and awesome to talk to. I will definitely be seeing only her for everything from now on!

Today I went to this location to return a product that was clearly used and was sold to me. I needed this product last night and was super bummed out that it was used. I called and spoke with a manager and she told me to come in and switch it out. After much thought, I did return it because I did want the product. However, when I was in the process of my return, after I came out of my way, I was told I owe 10 cents. Now, I have worked for retail and when it is clearly under an amount a couple of cents, we eat the difference. I am a platinum member with Ulta and spend a great deal of money with them and lately if it isn’t rude employees, employees with lack of knowledge or poor customer service it’s something new. This will be the last time I shop with them as I didn’t know taking something back that was damaged is punishment and that I am responsible to pay that back! The money wasn’t the issue it was the lack of apology and customer service I received which lead to this review.

Unlike other stores, the employees are super nice and very helpful :)! I was very impressed! I'm so happy this is my nearest ulta❤️

I always drive out here to see Maria. Shes always willing to help me & always puts her customer first. I live closer to another Ulta but I always choose to drive to this one just for her and the management as well :)
