The two massage therapists from whom I receive massages are 5 Star.  The desk help and the facility are both 5 Star.  The reason I gave 3 Stars  is because the telephone service is zero stars.  Either they never answer in the first place and the call goes straight to the message I've heard around 300 times now, or they answer and I'm put on hold for way longer than is acceptable to me.  The reason I am writing this in a review is because I just called them and when I finally got through I explained to the person who answered that I was having more and more trouble getting through.  Her response- silence.

I scheduled a one hour massage appointment from 2-3 earlier this week. I arrived and checked in at 1:45 and didn't get called back for my massage until 2:05. The masseuse didn't arrive until 2:10 and she stopped at 2:50. They cut my one hour massage down to 40 minutes. That's a 30% margin cut that they are directly profiting off of. The masseuse who massaged me was vocal about how new she was and the massage was noticeably subpar. This is a terrible company and I DO NOT recommend getting a massage from them.

I love Massage Envy, Lake Oswego.  Great experience every time. I've found my perfect massage therapist and I hope she stays forever.  Also one of the best facials I've had in a long time.
