I couldn't believe the quality of work for the price! I went in to get a regular fill, when the nail technician suggested that shellac was better. I mentioned that I had bad experiences with shellac before, he then said that he would make it vary nice for me and I would like it. As he was doing my fill? I mentioned that I didn't like thick nails but a more natural nail. Well, at the end after he did the shellac my nails looked thick but it wasn't until I went outside that they actually looked horrible. My nails are so thick that it looks like if I had fungus!!!!!! I decided to call back to see if they could fixed it. However,  it was a very unpleasant conversation with the manager, who would not even let me talk..... It was a very disappointing experience, not worth $38 +tip.

Went in for a fill. Price was way higher than what I was quoted.  My fingers were sore & bleeding from the drill & the product was lumpy. They started lifting a couple days later. They started talking to each other in another language. I could only imagine what they were saying. It was very rude.  I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Great service!! They have very large selection of colors to choose from. I gone to Van for years and she is always about quality work. Her team is fantastic!

Decided to try Vida nails for a mani-pedi.  The nail technician was filing my toenails so violently she sliced into my big toe on the edge.  This was at the very beginning of the pedicure.  Therefore, the cut stung the entire treatment.

Woke up this morning - my toe still hurts and my heels itch.  I am wondering if the pedi bowl had possibly not been cleaned or sanitized.

Will not be returning.

This was the second time I have been to vida nails with my girlfriend and the first time was horrible so we thought we would give it another shot. The second time was even worse. We had to wait again 45 minutes when they told us it would be a 10 minute wait, then when they finally did get to us the technician had to get up in the middle of it multiple times to go finish someone else's nails or ring someone up at the register. Not to mention when I got home my toe nail polish just rubbed off my nails like it was mud. HORRIBLE place.
