My massages have been wonderful here, the staff has always been professional and friendly until I spoke with the manager today about my reminder phone calls. Every reminder phone call I've received has been from an actual person. On my last appointment I didn't receive a reminder call and missed my appointment. When the receptionist notified me I explained I could have come in but but I forgot. She said that they couldn't find my number and that's why they didn't call. I asked not to be charged for the hours and she said that it was their fault and she would get back to me. I visited the location today to inquire and the manager said that an automated system dialed my number and a man answered and hung up. I explained how that would be impossible because the number she said they dialed isn't my number. She then told me that if that happens another automated phone call will go out to your "real" phone number at which point I had answered and hung up. I couldn't help but just smile and say okay because this lady was making up stories now. It blew my mind that the manager would go to the extent of making up quick lies to handle such a trivial problem. I wouldn't have cared but I was booked for a 2 hour massage and a chemical peel and that's 4 hours! Needless to say I cancelled my account!

I called like 3 times to try to get an appointment there and left two messages. No one call me back, I thought they were closed. One day I walked in and finally booked an appointment for me and my husband. My massage was alright but my husband liked his a lot. However, after our massages, we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes to check out, there were like 20 people in the lobby. It felt more like a super market than a spa. When the front desk checked me out, he kept trying to sell me their membership even after I said NO like 10 times. I felt bad because there were about 5 people in line to check out...After we left the place, I felt more stressed than relax.

Bad customer service. They never answer calls at this location. I don't recommend signing up for their membership.

After a decade of being a member the average massages and terrible communication and service prompted me to cancel with 10+ hours already prepaid. I live less than 2 miles from a location. I got tired of showing up for a massage only to have them tell me the therapist couldn’t make it it today... I decided that I would just go to the Lakewood branch where the same thing happened again. I would recommend paying up for a massage and go elsewhere - after all don’t you deserve better!

Friendly staff; wheelchair accessible; complimentary water; fair prices. Kai is my massage therapist and I’m very very happy with him! Attentive and responsive.
