I have been going to see Natalie for my hair for over two years. She has done such a great job at doing my hair! When I go see Natalie she's honest and offers her opinions on how to accomplish the hair results I want. She's honest about what services actually need to be done instead of upcharging me into services I don't actually need. Every time she dyes my hair or applies highlights she is very gentle and I usually take advantage and take a little nap. My favorite is the relaxing head massage when she rinses my hair. Natalie really listens to me and helps me make the best choices for my hair! I like to flip flop between dark and light and she helps me accomplish that without destroying my hair. And when she styles my hair it's always on point! I've even offered to have her come style my hair everyday. I've been to other salons and no one does my hair like Natalie does. I don't even live close to this salon but I make the drive just so Natalie can do my hair! I'm not one for drinking during the middle of the day so I usually offer to bring Natalie a coffee for my hair appointment and we chat about our lives and she remembers details of my life I share with her. I've never had any complaints. I would highly suggest that you go see Natalie! And keep going back.

Love this place. The girls are all very nice. The beds are top notch. I never have to wait for a bed. Great hours. I've only used the tanning portion of the salon tho

So I saw Natalie about 4 months ago or so. Natalie was upset and annoyed when she heard me describe what I wanted, just cause I was a little indecisive and honestly a little scared to have someone who takes Groupons, even be doing my hair. I am not rich by any means but I do normally go to a pretty nice salon (but I just couldn't afford it 4 months ago for certain reasons), but to be accepting Groupons I figure she just doesn't have a lot of experience or clientele and needs the money. After I told her what I was wanting and her still not understanding fully, with an attitude, she continued to aggressively scrape the coloring onto my scalp, pulling and yanking my head and hair, over and over again. She scratched the brush on my head so hard it hurt the entire time, every brush stroke hurt. Every single one and not from the chemicals, it was from her hard mean strokes. I can't believe how hard she pulled and yanked my head. .. I couldn't speak up - i am bad at these type of situations because I do not like confrontation. Natalie had been working on the other side by herself the entire time, so NO ONE was around to see or hear any of what happened between her and I.. Then, she sat me under the machine that is supposed to open my hair cuticles (when we did the deep condition) and it was blowing cold air. She didn't even check to make sure it was blowing the warm air and then left, so I ended up having to text her after 5 minutes and tell her something was wrong. I have gotten my hair done many times at Grand salon, which is a very nice salon - so i know how i should have been treated and how this process should have gone.. I was kind, I speak quietly, I promise you I was not rude at all to her. But she seemed like she hated me.. I know she must deal with a lot of people who can't afford expensive hair services so it gets weary putting on a smile and doing a good, job day in and day out, but when you are in the service industry you just can't be like this. Kindness goes a long way. And she was not kind. I ended up crying after I left... On top of that she tinted my lovely multi-color/textured/dimensional blonde locks to a light brown, after she fried it with highlights that should have only been done to my roots. I still cant believe she didn't even do exactly what I had asked for... Which was to make sure ALL roots were hit with some bleach. ALL roots was the only thing I cared about and she still didn't even do that.. I couldn't believe it. She basically did what she wanted to do, what she thought was best for my hair. She was so proud too and finally nice at the end. ANYWAY, I still tipped her more than 20% because I am not like that and like I said I don't want confrontation... It looked okay - it wasn't dreadful, but it just wasn't what I wanted and she treated me and my scalp and hair so rudely. I waited this long to write my review because I needed to see if time would help heal this experience, to see if I could just get over it, but I obviously can't. And it sucks cuz I liked that salon. I'm putting it out here for ppl to see. I wouldn't go to Natalie. Not until her heart softens up a bit and she has compassion for the ppl she is offering these discounted prices to. She needs to own that its her choice to be offering these discounted services to ppl who simply want pretty hair but maybe aren't so educated, or need something special done, and cant afford regular hair service costs. On top of the long amount of time this took, no water/wine or tea were offered like at all the other new/modern salons nearby. The manager was VERY nice and made me feel like an actual human being at least, at the end. Its very unfortunate she works here, because if she didn't I would go hear all the time for multiple reasons for sure: the salon is cute, upbeat, manager friendly, lots of products that sounded amazing and exclusive. AND its near by my house - closest salon TO my house actually, so, if she didn't work here this IS the salon I would go to For that Ill raise it to 2 stars.

Been going here for well over a year and cancelled my membership because for the first time ever I walked in at 8:50 while the store is still open and a girl I've never seen before told me I can't spray tan because she would like to go home. The machine rinses itself off once it's done but that's fine, there are other tanning places to join that stay open during business hours.

Take it from me.. i have been getting airbrushed for years and Beth is by far one of the best! Most places will go the cheaper route when it comes to solution... and you know bc you're stuck w terrible lines for over a week.. but not Beth! Top of the line all the way
