The place is good and even staff was attentive. I had basic facial selected and it was first time for me to get service at this location. The specialist was very nice but she cleaned my forehead with some tool which was hurting me. I even mentioned to her while she was doing it but she said it would be okay after she cleans it, she said it was required so I let it go but even After coming fine it was hurting me a lot. Within 24 hours I got a big red mark on my forehead. It was paining too, I had to attend wedding on 3 days and it was so embarrassing to have that on my head. To complain I called back and try to speak to manager but she never returned my phone call, it seems they just don't care even after showing concern to the girl I spoke to. I would give no start if I have that choice. I understand the mistake might have happen with the specialist but not even a phone call to cover it up, that was too much I felt. Being a new location they should pay more attention rather they just ignored it completely.

They screw up my membership day when I made my appointment but Aishania who was my massagist was fabulous excellent job!
