I love love love love Nikki!  I haven't had any issues with the front desk staff but I will second the comment regarding never getting a full 60 minute massage.  I'm not sure if that's a corporate thing or what.  I wish it was a full 60 minutes. 

The "membership" is kind of a joke.  I have a friend who never goes and who has racked up a ton of massages but hasn't had the time to write up a cancellation letter and physically take it in.  That process should be a bit easier.  I would dig a rewards program.

My annual membership is almost over and, I've had a pretty good experience. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Giving 3 stars since I've never had exactly 60 minutes of hands-on massage. They talk at first to see what areas need attention then, cut about 5 minutes to get dressed. It takes seconds to do that.. It's more like 50 minutes. Also, HAVING A CONTRACT IS A WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY GET YOUR MONEY. A massage shouldn't be a contract, which is why I won't be joining again. A loyalty program would be a better deal for everyone. That would be great customer service and, not just taking our money. That would show a genuine business relationship.

I didn't even make it in for my appointment but I can tell you it WILL NOT be this location when I reschedule.. I just had a hilarious conversation with the so called manager Jess as I tried cancelling my appointment because she advised me that I will still be charged for today. I made my appointment not even 24 hours ago so the 4 minute conversation/appointment setting her and I had is so fresh. We never talked about a cancellation policy ever but Jess continued to call me a liar on the phone. We were actually on a 3-way call when I made the appointment so I could be sure the time worked out for my boyfriend and as I'm going back and forth with Jess he comes in and says "she didn't say anything about a cancellation policy" which made me even more upset. Like I explained to Jess I know right now you have to cover yourself and I could care less about paying for the massage seeing as to how I have like 11 or 12 of them but you are NOT gonna keep calling me a liar.. I asked for her supervisor information and she told me the name and email but was unable to provide me with a solid contact number.. this is a corporation how is the supervisor is unable to be contacted via phone....?! Jess was beyond unprofessional and very rude.. She's lucky it's Friday bc I was about to give it to her sarcastic unprofessional ass over this phone..
