My Wife and I were Lucky to walk into Massage Envy North Miami one day when the owner Louis and his beautiful family were there. This guy Really Cares about each person that walks in the door. The Front Desk Staff is INCREDIBLE 
The Therapists are very Knowledgeable and Professional 
From the Greeting when you walk in and so helpful in setting you up with Therapists that fits your individual needs. The experience is hard to write down
You got to try it
It's all about Quality of Life with them
They want to make it Better

I bought my mother a gift card from this place for her birthday, I made an appointment for her for a Sunday. The day of, she was feeling ill. I called at 8:30 am before they opened, 10:00 am,  to RESCHEDULE the appointment and left a v/m to please give me a call back and never received one. On Wednesday, they charged me 100% of a service she didn't receive. Per their policy,  same day "cancellations" will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. I called to make a claim and got no response from any supervisor on call regarding the matter. I called the next day and spoke to a rude receptionist who explained to me that I was charged correctly since my mother didn't show up. I explained to her that I left a v/m and they confirmed that they received it and said that I can bring my mother anyways. I told her that I don't want to take my mother there, its already bad enough that I bought  gift card now I have to deal with them twice? NO. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! 

Remember, the best advertisement that any company can have is word of mouth. I'm definitely letting people know about this experience.

After having a one year membership, I and my wife left the contract, as you will never have a so called 60 min massage, which per their advertising is a 50min hands on massage, this one I just walked out of started at 8:02(late bc of them) than had Hands on by 8:10 and then, massage was over by 8:52.  So in total that’s a 42 min massage. At the rate you pay, you end up paying way more than most good places this was a never ending issue and why we left, every time was the same thing. Even after complaints to store owners. Customer service is good, but probably bc they know they have to be to get business.

I get massages at this location weekly! I love this place, everyone here is so nice ! In addition , the owner is always there trying to help and I love that ! They help you with whatever your needs are. Also , my esthetician Melissa is amazing !!!!  If you are looking for a good facial and extractions she is the BEST! great place and environment..

I came to the envy spa for a massage. The owner is a scary man ,threatening customers that he'll take them to small claims court. I don't suggest getting a any services here. And Luis this is a free country so go ahead take me to court like you threatened me. I have a right to dispute charges for services not rendered properly. The man who answered this morning was very obnoxious as well. Wow I haven't done reviews in many years but envy of north Miami needs one. I find it so hard to believe that Luis is so agggessive in this day and age where business is so competitive. He immediately said that he's not doing a refund and I want something for nothing. I never do disputes but this business is very unprofessional and doesn't disclose everything. I guess you get what you pay for $55. They cut my massage time short it wasn't even 50 minutes and it's a half massage. They tell you on the phone not to go to aventura envy, so unprofessional. You can't threaten customers not to write reviews or do disputes. That's not his business works. They need to learn customer care.
