Totally disgusted. They are never able to schedule reasonable times! The have canceled 3 times...the most recent was today with 3 hour notice. It is a gift for my teenage daughter. 😡 Your policy says that if I cancel with less than 4 hours notice I still pay! I expect gift card Awaiting a call from a manager

The customer service here sucks. They care enough about their time to charge you if you cancel but care nothing about your time. I wish I could give them less than one star. I had a 4p.m. with Miracco for a Stretch. They asked me to show up early so I arrived at 3:15 then they tell me at 4:06 that I had on the wrong type of shorts on so I would have to reschedule. When no one told me I need to where special shorts when I made the appointment or when I walked in 45 minutes early. "Lady I've been sitting here almost an hour why didn't anyone tell me this? I could have went and purchased shorts next door!

Terrible service. I booked a couples massage for our anniversary and they called back a full 3 days later to tell me they accidentally double booked. I said ok, let's see if we can find another time that day. We found a morning spot and I thought we were good to go. They called me back less than 30 minutes later to tell me "Oops, we double booked again." Wow... I just told them to cancel as I don't have time to go back and forth (while I'm at work) and now we are without the couples massage we were looking forward to. I do not recommend this place.

I had an amazing worker work on me who studied massage from the peachtree city of massage and it was the best massage ever

February, 2017 - Massage Envy Peachtree City. I was expecting them to return an overcharge amount on my credit card account. I have called and talked to the manager several times for days but all she says is she is waiting for someone to help her figure it out and always says she will give me a call and give me an update but never did I receive any call from her. Take note that she never attempted to call. Not even an apology ever from her for overcharging me. She even had the nerve to get pissed off and be sarcastic because of my multiple follow up calls. No resolution has ever been done on their part. Now that is serious worst customer service.
