My massage therapist John is the best in the business! I've been seeing him for 3 years and is always attentive to my needs. He always stays current on any new therapies he thinks might help me to relieve my pain. Love! Love ! Love him! Thank you John.

The massage therapists are very skilled and very attentive. I took my wife who very much enjoyed a 90 minute massage. My one glaring complaint is that I attempted to reserve a time on their website, which it encouraged me to do. I submitted the day and time with all of my information and it gave me a message that I should receive contact from the staff. They never contacted me and they never reserved the time. I was told when I arrived that there has been trouble with the website forwarding the information to the location. That needs to be resolved very soon because it put a major damper on our visit when they told me we had to wait an hour longer for an opening. If they fix their website reservations Massage Envy is a 5.

The receptionists always have a smile and are friendly and helpful. I always feel great when I leave! Ricardo is a great therapist and the facials are wonderful!

Such a wonderful staff, always greeted with a smile and treated with respect! Each therapist has their own way of doing things to custom your experience and have to say my personal favorite is Izzy. She is wonderful and listens to your needs and researches for improvement and new techniques to better help her clients. The ONLY downfall is the charge for same day cancellations. It's messed me up a few times and it's exactly a cheap mistake.
