From the moment you walk in the front door you begin to feel calm and relaxed.   Anyone I have ever encountered there is always smiling, warm and inviting.  Aesthetically along with the experienced staff make this a wonderful experience.   So grateful to have found it.

I discovered this place years ago through groupon and have been a dedicated client ever since. Great therapists and a nice range of services.

Booked and paid for a 60 minute massage for my husband as a gift, he had to reschedule due to a work emergency he was called in for, he was charged a $37 reschedule fee, absolutely ridiculous. His $75 massage was not costing $112. He goes last night, really looking forward to it, it is his first time seeing Glen since Russ his usually masseuse left. He informs Glen he has a partially torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder, so he could avoid that area during the massage. Glen must think he's a medical doctor AND a Physical Therapist because he then advises my husband he couldn't have torn it, it would hurt too much, and critiques his physical therapist's recommendations and exercises my husband has been prescribed as part of his shoulder rehab. He completely avoided his lower back during the massage and essentially pushed a knot into his lower back. He is in immense pain today and I had to give him a lower back massage when he got home, and had him do some yoga poses to try to release it. Worst massage he has ever had and completely inappropriate advice by Glen who is not a medical doctor or a licensed physical therapist to my knowledge.   Perhaps he should consider what his profession is before he gives out advice that he is not licensed or qualified to provide. At the end the receptionist could not find that the service was prepaid, so not only was it a terrible massage it was a headache in terms of payment. Unprofessional in all ways possible. We will not be returning. I would NOT recommend Glen under any circumstances.

I love this spa! It's so cozy & I love the therapists here, very warm & inviting. Great deep tissue massage & aromatherapy!
