I've been part of the health savings program for several years now. Whenever I try to make an appointment to use the services I'm paying for I can never get in. They are always booked and are difficult to try and schedule with. I was supposed to have a couples massage today and had to cancel due to an emergency. When I called I was informed I would be charged $35 per massage. I informed the receptionist there's no way I could have come in due to the emergency and she informed me I would be charged then. I would have liked to know when the policy changed to charging people $35 for cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice. In October I'll have had my health savings plan for 3 years. It's not like I'm a new customer. It's bad enough I'm paying $60 a month and have a difficult time trying to make appointments but now they change the policy and don't inform their existing customers.

I've been to my fair share of places for facials and massages, and I've got to say this one is about the best and cleanest spa I have been to in the twin cities area! All the staff is professional, very friendly, and attentive to my needs as a customer. I will definitely be back soon

The staff at this location is amazing! They are always so helpful and really accommodating. I regularly get both massages and facials and have never been disappointed. They treat me like their family while I'm in! Favorite place to recommend friends and family.

I am an employee and a customer at Massage Retreat and Spa in Savage.  
As a customer, Nick is an incredible Massage Therapist! I would highly recommend Nick to anyone... The entire staff is professional and friendly.
As an employee, I look forward to every shift I work.  The Owner and Management are approchable, accomodating and encouraging. 
The work environment is fun, busy and rewarding.  I am so fortunate to have such a great place to work.
