Not my favorite salon experience. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming and the atmosphere was comfortable for the most part. I liked that you get to change into a robe so you don't get any itchy hair pieces all over your clothes. My stylist was nice, but in the end I'm not really satisfied with my cut or color. I have gotten a much better $20 cut at Fantastic Sam's and a better dye job from a $12 box as opposed to the over $200 I paid at ReVamp. I didn't get a cut, I got a trim...my hair looks the same as it did before my appointment, and my color is way too dark and has no dimension to it at all. I feel like the whole experience was a waste of my time and money. So, now I'll have to spend more money to go somewhere else to get a cut that I like...and is actually a cut, not just a trim. Sure wish I could get my money back.

Topher is great. Fun guy and great conversations. But, my friends and family didn't notice my new expensive hair! Granted, the back is different, but I talk to people face to face. I really needed the cut and shape up, but the color is pretty much what I had when I walked in! I guess,now, I wish I had some more of a vibrant color-like some golden highlights or something more fun. I don't think I look my age, and certainly don't act it! I was hoping for a little more pizazz to reflect my style...no need to channel Betty White for quite a while! All in all, a learning experience.

I always go to see Coral. She is the best! She always listens to what I want and asks me questions to be sure it's right. I am always so happy with what she does to my hair. My hair is thick and long and I am pretty picky. She is SO good. I highly recommend this salon and especially going to see Coral!

This went from a 2-star to a 5-star review. My mom and I had a disappointing experience at reVamp (out of their control) and I felt compelled to say something. I received a call from management shortly after and WOW, great customer service. I am so appreciative of the call and personal touch. It really changed my perspective on the entire situation and I was so impressed. The staff really elevates this establishment and the great management shines through.

Bri is a rock star! I have been her client for a few years and wouldn't consider going to anyone else. She listens to my needs and always delivers on an awesome experience - and I feel 100% better after a session with her.
