Story

Massey's Furniture Barn has been a mainstay in the furniture business since it was opened by Edward H. Massey Jr. in 1964. Ed's vision was to sell quality furniture at affordable prices to the residents of Watertown and the surrounding areas of Northern New York. The business continued to grow rapidly over the years, and has become a trusted name in the furniture retail business. Ed worked hard to provide the best for his customers until his passing in 1998. His son, Shawn Massey, followed in his father's footsteps and continued to run the family business. Shawn started learning the business from his father, and worked alongside him since he could walk.Today, Shawn has the same vision for Massey's Furniture Barn. He strives to have the highest quality furniture at the lowest prices.
