I purchased almost $9000 worth of merchandise from the Watertown, New York branch 10 August 2017 for delivery in late October. I went back to the store on 8 October 2017 and setup delivery for 22 October 2017. I also asked the rep to verify if all the items on my list were still available and I got a resounding "yes sir, everything is available and ready for delivery." I received a call from the store on 21 October 2017, informing me that some of my items were on back order. Besides that, the store manager was rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to shop at the Watertown, New York branch. Absolutely no professionalism, and/or customer service .

We bought a couch and loveseat set from Raymour & Flanigan's Watertown store with "free" delivery that they actually charged us $80 for. The loveseat has been great. The couch has been a major burden. Springs started going in it and have kept coming apart. We bought the so-called "Platinum" protection plan. The furniture technicians are not local, their availability is intermittent at best and they have had to reschedule or come in and don't fix anything. The last one who came out said I'm not sure what the other guys actually did. He recommended we have the couch replaced. We got a call later and the company wanted to give us $389 for a couch we paid $749 for. I said no thank you. So now we are booked out another month to have a technician probably not fix the problem. I have no faith in Raymour & Flanigan anymore. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We had such an amazing experience all around from this store and the salespeople. Matthew Vance is the guy to go to! Very friendly and helpful, didn't push at all in any way, let us wander around to look at our leisure, offered to bring us brochures on any of the furniture we were interested in, and offered us bottled water while we browsed. Our four year old was even offered a balloon both times that we went there, and he was happy as can be! We purchased a couch and when it was delivered the people who did the delivery were also very kind and efficient and set it all up perfectly! They even used a door frame guard while moving the couch in so the door frame wasn't damaged, though they were very careful even with it up! The couch was everything we hoped it would be and more; very pleased with it! I highly and fully recommend Raymour & Flanigan for buying furniture and will go there again!

Had a very pleasant experience buying a mattress here. Our salesman Greg was extremely helpful and got us a great deal without being pushy or guilting us into any purchases. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

If you have a BABY I would not shop here. They have no idea what chemicals are used in there furniture. I got a coffee table that is now currently on my porch bc it FILLED my house with the smell of chemicals I almost called my propain company thinking it was a leak! they refused to return it even though I didn't sign anything for it. They would only exchange for another awful one it if I paid the delivery fee that was 40 the first day then 86 the next. So now I have a very expensive outdoor table I will never do business here again!
