Honest and great place to take your car!!

A little pricey, but good communication and nice people. They offer courtesy cars (or shuttle if close) while your car is in the shop which is a major benefit!

We had to have car in for 2 days and we were able to get a loaner car which was great and a day or so later we had to take van back and it was taken care of immediately (2d time had nothing to do with original work on car). We always feel confident in taking our vehicles to Master Auto Repair. They are very good and always stand behind their work and also offer a great warranty on their work. Scott and Pam are always great to work with!!

I called this place 3 times just to get information, with the promise of a call back and each time they never called back. Finally the lady gives me a quote. I have my vehicle towed there they replaced my alternator and serpentine belt and charged me $800. I'll never go back. The ladies working the front desk are snobby and rude

Unfortunately, we had some unexpected repairs needed that were discovered at our last oil changes. However, we are so glad the techs at Master are thorough. We had previously asked a shop closer to home to check over the vehicle during oil change because we had seen fluid in the garage. They said there was nothing wrong. At our next oil change, the techs at Master Auto Repair discovered there was a major power steering fluid leak that had ruined other parts of the vehicle. We will always make the longer drive to Master in the future, even for the basics!
