This place is great if you have a flat tire. I live down the block and have had to come here twice for flat tires. They repaired a hole for $15 and replaced my tire another time for a very reasonable rate. They are super nice, friendly, and fast!

These guys are awesome! I originally went to Ackerman Toyota for my issue (my trunk wouldn't close), but they said they couldn't deal with it to next week. I was pretty frustrated with them because they 1) wouldn't give me any recommendation of anyone else who could help and 2) they refused to give me any advice as to how to secure my trunk. Master Auto repair was the complete opposite. They were professional AND kind, understanding, and willing to see me...even though it was right before their lunch break. When i arrived, they immediately got to work and fixed my problem in 30 min...they didn't charge me anything for the labor and were incredibly understanding and even said "we are not going to charge you for something so simple.". Now i did pay for a simple evaluation (40$) but it was completely worth their service. I would have paid more. Thank you master Auto repair. You are on the top of my list for Auto problems.

Went in today for emissions test and I have to say, this has to be the nicest staff of any auto repair shop I've been to. A very family like atmosphere here. An older woman was waiting with me in the lobby for them to finish up with her vehicle, when they were done they noted that they just replaced a few bolts on her car for something and there was no charge. It's those simple gestures that make lifelong customers, it definitely impressed me. Not even a few seconds later in the span of 10 minutes, 2 different customers brought by donuts for the staff as a thank you for their professional service. Come on, no one just does that unless they really are doing exemplary work. I'm always going here for any repairs or maintenance from now on.

I went to get an emergency (to me anyway) exhaust leak fixed. They got me in right away and gave me a reasonable price. Ive been back a few times with other issues on my old truck. They always call me about the problem and cost and let me make my own decision, they know I work on my own cars when I can so they're cool about that. I don't think they're the cheapest around but cheaper than Dobbs or places like that, no hard sell either. Very happy and recommend them.

ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. Like many, I forgot about renewing my plates & couldn't get in at the dealer I always use for my vehicle. So I stopped by Master. They were super friendly & courteous. Squeezed my car in for inspections at the last minute without an appointment on the last day of the month! Just left my car there & picked it up later when it was ready. I was SO grateful for them squeezing me in! My only problem is; I was given a list of things that they said I needed to have serviced on my CRV. With new tires & all I believe the total was around $1,200 or a little more. Knowing my vehicle is in very good condition, I opted to stick with the inspections. Had my vehicle serviced for new tires at the dealer today (much cheaper surprisingly) & mentioned what Masters pointed out. They did a full inspection of my vehicle as they always do & the only thing they found that was true from the estimate that Masters gave me was that my breaks may need to be done in the next 6 months or so. Everything else was fine according to the Honda Certified Tech. Always, ALWAYS get second opinions when it comes to mechanical work. I don't feel like they were trying to cheat me out of money or anything like that. They weren't pushy by any means, just gave me an estimate & said these are things you'll need to have done sooner than later. Just glad I decided to have Honda look at it before heading back in.
