I had a chip in my windshield the day before I had to leave for a lengthy drive on business.  I called and the receptionist squeezed me in right before closing.  They'll warn you that breakage can occur, which came as no surprise - it's like working as a butcher; eventually you're going to cut your finger - but there was no additional break.  Indeed, they'd filled and finished before I knew they'd even started!  

I've never used their service before, and now I've experienced it, I'll never go anywhere else.  Ignore the low ratings - these guys are good!

Outstanding service. Took it to 3 other companies before them, and they were the ones who got my window replaced. They are respectful and helpful all around. I would highly recommend visiting them if you have a window issue on ANY car.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I originally went to this place for a rock chip repair because it was convenient to where I live and had great reviews. After I paid, without having seen the repair, I was told that the drilled slipped and scratched my windshield. The repair looked terrible and The guy said I would just have to call the owner later. When I talked to the owner, Adam, he offered to replaced the windshield for me for free. I thought this was generous and offered to split the cost so he wouldn't have to be out the entire cost since the chip was not their fault, just the scratch. We agreed upon $50 (on top of the $50 I had already paid). After waiting almost 2 weeks for them to get back to me (they said they called but had the wrong number although their serviceman had called multiple times previously) they said they would only charge me $200 for the windshield. When I said that was not what we agreed upon, they came back and said they would only charge $100. I ended up taking a refund on the $50 I originally spent and still have the scratch. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service methods. Beware!
